This week we chat with Dr. Megan Freeland. Just 10 months into her 24-month fellowship, Megan found out she was pregnant. Learn how her resilience and quick thinking, helped her pivot to a health communications fellowship with the CDC.
Dr. Freeland received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Spanish from Emory University and her Doctor of Pharmacy from Mercer University College of Pharmacy. After her fellowship with the CDC, she subsequently landed a role as a public health pharmacist supporting the CDC.
